YEARLY SERVICE CONTRACTS
Customized service agreements and options for all types of equipment and control systems. Customers choose only those services required to meet their unique operating conditions and budgetary levels.
FULL PROTECTION PLANs
- It is a comprehensive maintenance contract including Parts and Labor. It can be best defined as “Peace of Mind at a Fixed Price”. No extra hidden charges.
- 3 Standard Planned Preventive Maintenance visits in a year and all genuine breakdown repair calls for the above mentioned equipment during the contract period.
- It covers free replacement for the spare parts deemed necessary during Planned Preventive Maintenance or during genuine breakdown repair visits for the equipment listed above.
STANDARD MAINTENANCE SERVICE
- This maintenance contract is for labor only for owners of air conditioning equipment. Prescheduled maintenances are carried out during the year.
- 3 Standard Planned Preventive Maintenance visits in a year and all genuine breakdown repair calls for the above mentioned equipment during the contract period.
- This proposal shall not cover any consumables, parts and material deemed necessary to be replaced during the PPM hence remains chargeable.
